WELCOME to Renaissance Theaterworks!

Artistic Director Suzan Fete and Managing Director Lisa Rasmussen

We're known for handing out chocolates at the end of every performance. And that's just the icing on the cake!

In the artistic home we share with Next Act Theatre, you will feel welcome and cared for. Our performance space, located in the vibrant Walker's Point neighborhood, has parking options nearby and its own parking lot! While you relax in the spacious, comfortable lobby, before the show or during intermission, you can visit the friendly box office and enjoy snacks and beverages from the full bar and concession stand.

Parking for Wednesday Matinée Performances

There is no access to the parking lot for Wednesday matinée performances. We're always on the lookout for alternative options. We will let you know as those become available. Free street parking is available along South Water Street and South Barclay Street. Please be aware it fills up quickly by employees of nearby businesses.

There are two parking structures nearby:

  • Historic Third Ward Parking Structure: 212 N Milwaukee – ten-minute walk
  • Italian Community Center Parking Lot: 631 E Chicago Street – 15-minute walk
